Childhood obesity is a complex, chronic condition arising from an interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors, and requires an integrated, respectful approach without stigma. JUDO4CO is an Erasmus+ project funded by the European Union that connects sport, healthcare, and guidance. The Special Needs Judo Foundation (SNJF) is one of the participating partners, using judo as a powerful tool in collaboration with local and regional healthcare professionals. By combining knowledge, practice, and partnership, we create sustainable opportunities for the health and well-being of children with obesity.
